Items Delivered Damaged.
Should any item/s be delivered damaged you should inform us via email within 7 days of receipt and provide pictures of the damaged goods and the packaging. You will then be issued with a full refund including any relevant postage charges or the option of replacement goods if stocks allow.
Unwanted Items
If items arrive in good order but you decide you do not want them you will be responsible for the cost of their return. Please note that matches are classed as dangerous goods and so do have higher than usual postage costs.
If you do wish to return unwanted items, then you must return it to us without undue delay and at your own cost. Please note that if your order contains matches these fall under dangerous goods and should be declared when arranging shipping. The Post Office does not allow the shipping of dangerous goods and so a courier (examples are UPS, DPD or DHL) should be used. We would be happy to arrange the return shipping for you if you contact us, however we would charge you the cost of the return postage.
We are a family run, friendly business so please do call or contact us to discuss any returns and, within reason we will try and find the best possible outcome for you.
Wholesale
Please note that once accepted we cannot offer returns or refunds on surplus stock and stock is sold on a firm sale basis.
